What is the difference between webpoints and credits?
Webpoints are the total earned points from registration to current date. Used for rankings and never decreases. Credits are used to post jobs, avail products, and get services.
How can I update my social connections?
Go to your settings and click the social networks you want to update. Updated connections will convert to webpoints.
How can I spend credits?
Credits can be spent through availing products, posting jobs and getting services.
How can I earn webpoints?
Webpoints can be earned by applying for jobs and get completed, posting products, adding services, connecting to webpoints users and updating social connections.
How many webpoints will I get when connecting to webpoints users and referring friends to sign up?
When connecting to webpoints users and successfully accepted you will get additional 5 webpoints. If you refer a friend you'll get 1 webpoint and when referred friend signed up you will get 5 webpoints.
Can I purchase webpoints?
Yes. You can buy at minimum of 100 webpoints for only $5.
Can I convert my webpoints into cash?
No. Webpoints used like a real cash in exchange of services, jobs and products.
Products
Who can post and avail products?
Both user and company can post products. However, only users can avail products.
How will I know who availed my products?
For user dashboard, go to Marketplace tab then your products. Click on the product name to view who availed your product.
How do I add/post my products?
For user, go to Marketplace tab then click Add Product or Deal. Fill in the form to complete the product information then click Submit button. For company, go to Products/Deals tab then click Post a product or deal. Fill in the form to complete the product information then click Submit button.
Services
Who can add and get services?
Users can add services and only companies can get services.
How will I know who ordered my services?
You will know when company gets your services through your inbox.
How can I accept company who get my services?
Company who get your services will be on pending list. You have to accept them to start doing the services. .
If the service provider completed the service, how will the company get the webpoints?
Go to your Services tab on dashboard then click Active button. Click the service name to update the service.
